What happens next?

After registration is completed over the telephone, you will receive an email from your dedicated account manager  welcoming you as a new client, requesting further information in regards to your account and confirming that your account will be live within 7 -14 working days. We aim to have your website live on the search engines within this time. Please refrain from clicking on your own link as this will affect the figures showing on your stats etc…

Will you ring me before my account is up for renewal?

Due to the large volumes of clients renewing their services each month, we’re sure you can appreciate logistically it’s not possible to call every client, every month whilst maintaining an effective low cost marketing solution. We do however commit to ensuring you receive a fast and effective service during your time with us. You can view your statistics by login into your control panel backend with your user name and password; this would have been sent to the email address you gave us during registration.  You can Review your stats prior to your renewal date and allows you to make an informed decision on how best to proceed.

How far in advance can I book my transport?

All online bookings should be made 24hrs before the journey is going to take place. For transport required within 24hrs we recommend to call the transport company number provided to confirm availability.

How do customers pay for their transfers?

Customers can pay by debit/credit card or cash on pick up on the day

Do you take on Company or Business contracts?

Yes we do take on company contracts, please fill in our contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

Are your drivers qualified?

All drivers working for individual companies are fully qualified and registered with their local licencing authority.

Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed.

If you provide a flight number to the operator, you should not be charged extra if your flight is delayed because they monitor flight arrivals at all UK Airports.  Please make sure you provide accurate information to the booking operator.

Am I guaranteed to be on the first page of Google 24/7

It’s not possible for any company including Google to guarantee to have your website on the first page 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Cab transfers will always aim to have your key phrases appear on the first page of Google every day for the length of time agreed during your registration. Whilst your account manager is constantly monitoring your positions if for any reason your advert does not appear please contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to reclaim your position.

What other marketing services can you offer my business?

At Cab transfers we pride ourselves in achieving the best results for your company. We have a number of packages to suit your needs. Our packages would include domain name(s), website design and marketing on Google or you can purchase these on an individual basis. Am I tied into a long contract?

No we do not believe in long term contracts. Our service speak for itself however if you choose to cancel, you will need to give us a 30 days written notice by sending a letter or an email to  Lucy.beard@cabtransfers.co.uk or admin@cabtransfers.co.uk. We recommend sending letters recorded delivery to ensure they arrive on time.

Do I need to renew my subscription?

No, your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to give us the required notice to cancel

Will my Business be on Google’s front page?

No company including Google can guarantee that your site will appear on Google’s’ front page 24/7, we do guarantee that your listing will be listed every day within the sponsored links. We aim to have your ads showing to at least 60% of the users that have typed in your phrases

Will it be my company or Cabtransfers.co.uk  showing on the sponsored links?

It’s your company. This is a genuine marketing solution designed to promote your products and brand. Our job is to put your business in front of as many of your chosen demographic as possible.

Can you guarantee the top of the page?

AT NO POINT DO WE GUARANTEE AN EXACT POSITION The positions that are allocated on the sponsored links is derived from many different factors and while you may appear at the top in the morning, you may have shifted to position 2 in the afternoon and back to top in the evening. What we offer our customers is first page Google page. Nothing more and nothing less

Will you call me each month before my service renews?

Due to the large volume of happy customers recurring each month at different times & days we are sure you can appreciate logistically it’s not possible to call every client, every month whilst maintaining an effective low cost marketing solution.

How do I request any kind of technical assistance?

Please contact your account manager direct by email as soon as you need help.

Why do I have to email technical support?

We work so much quicker by email and we are constantly monitoring the inbox to ensure the response times. If your dedicated account manager needs to call you we have all your contact details are on file. This process has been running for the past few years and in a recent survey to most of Cab transfers customers, 95% thought our response time had improved although we are always working to improve this we value your feedback so all your enquiries are being dealt with quicker.

How can I terminate my agreement?

We currently have a 97% client retention rate, so if for some reason the campaign is not working please email technical, there has to be a reason; your name appears on the front page of the largest search engine in the world.
